Unlike traditional agencies that demand money upfront , we operate on a “zero upfront payment, zero risk” principle. Our commitment isn’t a money-back guarantee; it’s better—it’s a satisfaction guarantee where you only pay when you love the results.

Because of this unique model, our refund policy is straightforward.

Initial Engagement Phase

For the initial phase of any new service—whether it’s a website design, an SEO strategy, or the first round of an ad campaign—

no payment is taken upfront. We deliver the initial results or designs for your review and approval.

• If you are satisfied with the work and wish to proceed, you will then be invoiced for the next phase or the start of ongoing services.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial work, you have no obligation to pay. The engagement can be concluded with no cost incurred for our services.

Since no payment is made during this initial phase, there is no payment to refund.

Ongoing Services and Monthly Retainers

Once you approve the initial work and we move into an ongoing service agreement (such as monthly SEO, or ad management), fees are charged for services rendered during that service period (e.g., for the upcoming month).

• Payments for ongoing monthly services are non-refundable as they cover the time, resources, and work performed by our team for that period.
• Our “no long-term contracts” policy means you are not locked in and have the freedom to discontinue services with proper notice (as outlined in our Terms of Service), which prevents the need for refunds for future, un-rendered services.

Third-Party Costs (e.g., Ad Spend)

Our service fees are for the management and optimization of your campaigns. All costs for ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Google, TikTok, or Snapchat) are separate from our fees.

• AL Tasweeqi cannot refund third-party ad spend.
• Any potential refunds or credits for ad spend are subject to the terms and conditions and refund policies of the respective advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads).

Exceptional Circumstances

We pride ourselves on being true partners in your success. In the rare and exceptional circumstance that a service for an ongoing paid period was not delivered as described in our service agreement, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.
