By engaging our Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services AL Tasweeqi specializes in building profitable growth systems for brands in Saudi Arabia. Our services are designed as a complete growth engine, not a collection of broken parts. We provide a strategic website designed to be a conversion engine , attract high-intent traffic from search engines and social media , and create ads that convert silently without feeling like pushy sales pitches.
2. Our “Results-First” Engagement Model Our partnership is built on performance and transparency, inverting the traditional agency model.

• Zero Upfront Payment: You do not pay any money to get started. We have zero setup fees.
• Initial Work and Deliverables: We are so confident in our systems that we do the hard work first. Depending on the service, this may involve delivering an initial website design, an SEO audit and strategy, or a first round of advertising campaign results.
• Client Approval: You only pay if you love the design or the results we delivered. This is not a money-back guarantee; it is our commitment to being a true partner in your success.
• Continuation of Services: If you are satisfied with the initial deliverables and wish to continue with the service, we will then proceed to a formal service agreement with an agreed-upon payment schedule for ongoing work. If you are not satisfied, you have no obligation to proceed or make any payment for the initial work performed.

3. Client Obligations To enable us to provide the Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary materials, data, and personnel. This includes access to website backends, advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and any other required assets.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required for the project to proceed.
• Ensure that all materials provided by you (e.g., logos, images, text, product information) are accurate and that you have the legal right to use them.

4. Fees and Payment

• Initial Phase: As stated above, there are no fees for the initial phase of our work.
• Ongoing Services: Upon your approval of the initial deliverables, we will issue invoices for ongoing services based on the agreed-upon scope and pricing.
• Ad Spend: For advertising services (Google, TikTok, Snapchat), the Client is responsible for the direct payment of all advertising spend to the respective platforms. Our fees are for management and creative services only.
• Payment Terms: All invoices for ongoing services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in our service agreement.

5. Term and Termination

• No Long-Term Contracts: We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Our partnership is earned every day through our performance.
• Term: Following the initial approval phase, our services are typically rendered on a month-to-month basis.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Property: You retain full ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including logos, brand guidelines, and other materials you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon our receipt of full payment for the services rendered, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., website design, ad copy).
• Our Property: We retain ownership of all our proprietary methods, strategies, software, and tools used to provide the Services.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project in case studies for marketing purposes, subject to any confidentiality agreements.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including business strategies, client data, and proprietary processes, strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties While our goal is to make every riyal you spend work hard to grow your business and turn your ad spend into a predictable engine for growth, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. The outcomes of digital marketing are dependent on numerous factors beyond our direct control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AL Tasweeqi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
